Invite to mark fifth anniversary of Mor Gregorius Yohanna Ibrahim's Abduction

On behalf of the World Council of Arameans (Syriacs) (“WCA”), we cordially invite you to participate in a symposium to mark the lapse of five years since the abduction of the Metropolitans of Aleppo, Mor Gregorios Yohanna Ibrahim and Paul Yazigi, who were kidnapped on 22 April 2013.
Papers will be given by keynote speakers, songs of praise and video messages to share fond memories and advocate together the safe release of Mor Gregorios Yohanna Ibrahim.
The Symposium will take place on Sunday 22 April 2018 and broadcast live by Suryoyo Sat. The venue is the St. Jesaja Church Hall, Zoll Straße 11, D-48599 Gronau, Germany.
The program will begin with celebrating the Holy Eucharist, praying for the immediate release of the prelates, followed by a joint breakfast prior to the symposium. Please, find attached a teaser flyer for this event which promises to be a memorable day.
The symposium will be open to the general public and you are all welcome. In fact, your presence will enliven solidarity!
